Personal training sessions must be purchased online either as a package of ten sessions or as individual sessions.
Personal training sessions expire 3-months after the date of purchase.
Personal training sessions canceled by the client less than 12 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the session and a loss of the financial investment at the rate of one session.
Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.
Every attempt will be made to reschedule missed sessions or assign unsupervised (at-home) workouts in the event of vacation or illness.
Confidentiality is guaranteed between the trainer and client ensuring all personal information and discussions remain private and secure.
Achieving fitness goals depends on consistent effort, commitment to the program, and following trainer instructions.
Instructions from the personal trainer regarding proper exercise technique must be followed and the client must ask to stop exercising if discomfort or pain is experienced.
Personal trainers are not medical professionals and cannot give medical advice. Sessions may be paused temporarily (ie: after an injury or illness” in order to get a doctors approval to continue.
The Waiver, Health Assessment, and Physician’s Approval (if applicable) must be completed, signed, and on file prior to the beginning of the first session.
